Welcome! We’re excited to help you feel your best. Whether you’re here for chiropractic care, acupuncture, or both, our team is committed to helping you move better, feel better, and live better — naturally.
Your First Visit
Here’s what to expect when you come in:
- Check-In & Paperwork — We’ll greet you, review your health history, and gather your insurance information.
- Consultation & Exam — You’ll meet with your provider to discuss your goals, symptoms, and overall wellness.
- For chiropractic care, Dr. Danielle Rasmussen or Dr. Caleb Blank will perform a focused exam, explain what’s causing your discomfort, and outline the best treatment options.
- For acupuncture, Sarah LaVaque, L.Ac. will review your health patterns and develop a customized treatment plan designed to restore balance and relieve pain.
- Personalized Care Plan — You’ll receive a clear, easy-to-follow care plan tailored to your condition and lifestyle.
- First Treatment (if appropriate) — Most patients begin treatment on their first visit — whether it’s an adjustment, acupuncture session, or combination of therapies.
- Home Care & Next Steps — Before you leave, we’ll share self-care tips and simple steps to help you feel your best between visits.
Meet Your Providers
Dr. Danielle Rasmussen, D.C.
Dr. Rasmussen provides personalized chiropractic care focused on restoring movement and reducing pain. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University and her B.A. in Health and Sports Studies from the University of Iowa. She enjoys staying active, spending time with her family, and exploring the Prior Lake area.
Dr. Caleb Blank, D.C.
Dr. Blank focuses on helping patients recover from neuropathies, improve mobility, and staying active through chiropractic and soft-tissue therapies. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University and a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He enjoys woodworking and exploring national parks with his wife and young son.
Sarah LaVaque, M.Ac., Dipl.Ac., L.Ac., B.C.T.M.B.
Sarah is a nationally certified, Licensed Acupuncturist and Board-Certified Massage Therapist. With a heart-centered approach, she helps patients feel more balanced, relaxed, and at home in their bodies.
